As we expand our mission to develop Africa’s next generation of leaders, we seek fluent English/French-speaking Student Recruitment Officers to join our Recruitment & Admissions team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to prospective students in English/French-speaking markets.
- Articulate the value of our programmes and guide students through enrollment.
- Verify academic documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Issue offers within 48 hours of receiving completed applications.
- Maintain accurate application records and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Fluency in English and/or French (written and spoken).
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales/recruitment, preferably in higher education.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of HE recruitment cycles and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
