1st February 2021: Transnational Academic Group (TAG) and Lancaster University Management School (LUMS), have been awarded the Best Business School Partnership by AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2021. AMBA is the Association of MBAs and is one of the three external business school accrediting agencies that make up the coveted Triple Crown Accreditation, which LUMS has received.
The award acknowledges an excellent partnership between LUMS and TAG for diligent delivery of the Executive MBA at Lancaster University Ghana. This alliance has been highly successful since its formation in 2013 when Lancaster University in Ghana was established to help young people realise their ambitions through the undergraduate degrees in business and law, as well as through an Executive MBA delivered by Lancaster University Management School.
With West Africa’s burgeoning professional population, the Triple Crown Accredited MBA offering in Ghana has been immensely successful, with more than 100 students having graduated with this prestigious qualification. With emphasis on guiding the student experience at every stage – from enrolment to graduation – TAG has striven to, with Lancaster University, provide continued well-rounded, industry-relevant education.
“Transnational Academic Group is very proud to have won the Gold Award for Best Business School Partnership 2021 from AMBA for TAG’s partnership with Lancaster University in Ghana. Since the opening of the Lancaster University Ghana campus in 2013, TAG and Lancaster University have been committed to bringing the best possible business education to students in Sub-Saharan Africa and are delighted that this commitment and the benefits for the students have been recognized by such an esteemed organization,” Daniel Adkins, Group CEO.
